Any competing vehicle valuation must be in writing at the time of inspection and be no less than 7 days old. The Valuation must be made by a registered Mercedes-Benz dealership or a licenced Victorian Motor car trader (LMCT holder). 3 Point Motors reserves the right to do the necessary checks and contact third party stakeholders including, but not limited to suppliers/insurances/VicRoads representatives to make their assessment. Any agreements must be within the timeframe presented, proof of ownership, identification, and registration documents need to be provided, and all vehicles must be of road worthy condition, registered in Victoria, and be both of Clear title and not a repairable write off, unless prior arrangements or knowledge has been made between all parties.
